September 26th, 2008: It's official, we are moving to this site! From October it will be ad free and you can buy posts by buying the credits that go toward making the site ad free. All I need to sort out now is how we are going about moving and what happened in the plot. I apologise greatly for my continued inactivity over the past few months.
And So It Begins Each person must start their journey sometime. For those who seek to wander into the world known as Arvandor, this is the place. Within this board, you will be assessed. Roleplaying Boards
North Fellwood This large area of land comprises most of the western coast of Arvandor and a fair bit of the northern shores as well. The temperatures are agreeable here and the land is ripe with forests and all means of wildlife. Snow-capped mountains lie to the north, majestic in appearance. Lakes can be found amidts the forests as well, clear bodies of water that refresh the land. The climate here is generally cool to the north and average throughout the rest. A scattering of islands can be found at the center of the largest lake. There is much prey to be found throughout this rich land. A long coastline runs down the continent at the western edge and the Western Sea rolls in and out.
South Fellwood An expanse of territory with a warmer climate than found in most other locations on the continent of Arvandor, South Fellwood is home to wide regions of dry plain. The climate is cooler in the northern regions where it edges into North Fellwood, a territory much cooler in comparison. A range of tall mountains runs along the northern border. Most life found in the region is small and scarce and this is not a territory that is easy to live in. South Fellwood stretches down from the northern forests to the shore where the seas lap at its coast lines. The land is hard and dry with many rock formations and tumbling caverns to found, eroded with weather and time. Go to the Dens
Ashenvale One of the more northern territories found on the contient of Arvandor, Ashenvale is situated on high ground that slopes up from the rest of the land. Wind-swept hills and forests make up the most of this region's landscape and the altitudes are fairly high at most points. The temperatures are cool here but the seasons still rotate through with normal lengths. A good majority of the territory is composed of the highlands, mountainous in areas and home to many different species of wildlife. There is certainly good hunting to be found for the wolves who call this land their home. Cold springs can found to the north-east, emitting a frosty spray of water all year round. Go to the Dens
Western Nordrassil Western Nordrassil is located South of Ashenvale and just north of Eastern Nordrassil. Western Nordrassil is a moderate climate about 200 to 400 meters above sea level. Most of this land consist of woodland area. This area would be known to many as Nightsong woods. Deep within Nightsong woods you will find a cavern, beyond the caverns there are ruins of an old building quite large in size. The ruins are staid to belong to the humans who once walked this earth before they destroyed themselves with their greed. The place is old but high in activity for it is used as Western Nordrassil's pack. Those who belong to Mithril live within the ruins, each room having it's own purpose. One room has a water way still connected into it, leading to the Alya River which acts as Ashenvale and Western Nordrassil's border. At the midpoint of Alya River there is a large water fall that towers over the river. This waterfall is known as Senda falls. Western Nordrassil is probably the most abundant part of Arvandor, many wolves live in this land as well as other creatures. Food and water as well as shelter is not hard to find in this beautiful land. Moderator: Arwen Undomiel

Eastern Nordrassil Below Western Nordrassil is the land of Eastern Nordrassil. While they are the same land the area is separated into two territories due to their overly large size. Eastern Nordrassil is a place of haunts and death. Trees that appear dead to the eye, graveyards, swamp lands, and cliffs who entice all to fall from their edges to their death make up the whole that has become the Deathlands of Arvandor. Being able to hold a high populous of wolves, game is plentiful as is water from the swamps. In general, the climate of Eastern Nordrassil consists of moderate to slightly high temperatures. Though it may seem desolate from the outside, one would be wise not to just simply pass by Eastern Nordrassil. Go to the Dens

Heleg Plateau In the furthest Northwestern corner of the continent is one of the most dangerous and cold places on Arvandor. Heleg Plateau is just North of Western Nordrassil and East of Ashenvale and one of the the highest points of Arvandor. Made up of mostly ice and snow the Plateau is a dangerous place to explore and many wolves have lost their lives to the blizzards that overtake it in all seasons. The slick ice sheets of the Expanse are easy to break bones on and the Quoyer Caverns have seen to many a wolf’s demise. Heleg Plateau isn’t all bad, however, as you move close to the southern border of the ice ridden land you will find yourself in an evergreen forest and possibly the only livable area of the Plateau. Bandor If you travel east from Eastern Nordrassil the temperature will quickly spike upwards as you enter the desert land known as Bandor, the lowest point of the continent. Made up of mostly a scorching desert Bandor is one of the most dangerous places on Arvandor due to the immense temperatures and lack of vegetation. One of the only inhabitable places of Bandor is Tumba Valley where the shade cools the bottom of the valley to give it a more comfortable feel. The valley is also one of the only places, besides the mine, where plants will grow. The only water source in Bandor –unless you’re willing to dig for it- is an old abandoned human diamond mine that has been filled with water, making it truly, survival of the strongest.
